gemuk

okay . now nak tanya ? gemuk sangat ke aku ni ? this is the senario :-

eh nani kau dah gemuk lah macam pak cik kfc lah -__- . 2nd senario , eh kau ke tegur aku tadi , sorry tak kenal , kau dah gemuk doe -_- . 3rd senario , tadi berjalan jalan lah dengan haikal kamaruddin di mid valley , then timbang berat okay now i realize aku memang dah gemuk , berat aku 49.2 kg doe , before this , 44kg . and the worst is haikal  48kg . okay foineeeee dia lagi kurus . so moral of the story , saya amnani ahmad akan berDIET ! trust me :) wish me luck dude :D anyone can suggest me any advice for balance diet , just call me :D bhahahaha
